- Focused on enhancing the experience of Pemberley residents beyond what is provided by management services.
- Some initiatives include: the Vial of Life, information and social sessions on topics of interest to seniors, communication with management on issues of concern to residents, advocacy with Halifax on pedestrian and road safety issues, annual influenza and Covid vaccination clinic, support of the Gateway Community Foodbank.
- All residents are members and annually elect a Board of Directors to manage the organization.
